I don't really reckon he's supposed to be anything. This was done back before Marble Hornets, when it was part of a thread on the somethingawful forums. People were doing a lot of playing about with the general slender Man idea. It was mostly the forum members having fun with their impressions of Victor-Surge's creation. He's pretty open to adaptation. What i've found is people display him in a way that is the most frightening to them.
In the marblehornets Videos he doesn't, but in the source material where Slender Man was first produced and snowballed (The 'create paranormal images' thread on the somethingawful forums) He had extra arms/elongated arms/tendrils and the like.
oh OK . i watched a video on you tube about that, after i had seen your art (buy the way vary cool) so is the information about the missing kids and the burnt down library and the other things like the wood cuttings or the murders is this real or part of a big joke
